It’s hard to believe from watching Olivier Jeannel’s polished spots, that this director is a one-man operation who is as comfortable with styles as different as cartoon for Canal J, graphic minimalism for RFF or luxury for Cartier. After studying Fine Arts in Orleans, Olivier began his career as a computer graphics specialist before launching into a career directing animated films. A real hands-on director, Olivier makes all his films on his own, directing with the same skill that he brings to 3D animation. With his extensive background in art, Olivier is known for his creativity and is a self-taught programmer. He works mainly with Softimage program. He has worked with brands such as Eurosport, Cartier, le Club des Directeurs Artistiques, AIDES and Canal J for DDB Paris. Olivier has a great artistic eye and the technical knowledge to bring his ideas to life.
